DIY Bass Traps All Material
So you have decided to make your own bass traps or acoustic panels. That’s a great money saving decision. You can follow Nenne Effe’s DIY bass traps video demo, it’s pretty easy to follow. And so refreshing to see a lady build a bass trap. You will love it!
Below are all the materials you need, except for one.
What’s Missing in The Bass Trap Material?
The furring strips are not included below. This is because the exact cross-section dimension mentioned in the video is not available. And, the closest ones (1 in. x 2 in.) are sold in packages of 10 to 12 strips of 8 ft each, and shipping is expensive.
You can buy the furring strips at your nearest home depot, Lowe’s or hardware store. And you can have them cut to size (24 in. x 48 in.) for you. That will save you the trouble and money from buying a hand saw if you haven’t got one in the house.
